As you recover from Covid-19, you may benefit from a combination of breathing and physical activities.  Below are some videos and reading material to assist you in your recovery. We recommend watching one to two videos per day. 

 

We do recommend having someone at home with you while participating in these exercises to ensure your safety. We also recommend having your own portable pulse oximeter to monitor your oxygen level and heart rate. Your oxygen level should remain >90% and your heart rate should be <130. If you do not have a portable pulse oximeter, you can purchase one at a medical supply store. 

 

If you develop an increased difficulty in breathing, chest pain, or decreasing oxygen levels, please stop.
